What is the difference between a Basic Landing Page Package and an Advanced Landing Page package?
The basic package only includes the set-up for the landing page, and you have to provide us with all of the assets required (copy, images, videos, etc). If you do not have any assets to provide us, we will use placeholders.
The Advanced Package includes sales copy (up to 600 words), and stock images & videos done for you.
What do you need from me to do up a Landing Page?
There are quite a substantial amount of details that we will require to build the perfect lander for you. These include links web sample designs, brand logos, photos and videos, full content to be listed on the lander, etc. All the information we need will be clearly listed out in a lander request form that we will send you upon confirmation of your order.
How soon will I get my landing page package delivered after I confirm my order?
After we receive all the relevant information we require to start work, your landing page will require up to 10 business days from the time of your order as long as it is within reason and all revision points are consolidated and provided to us. But we will do our best to keep turnaround time under 72 hours. However, do note that this turnaround time varies on a case by case basis and whether you have purchased the basic or advanced package.
Have all your landers been tested before and how well do they convert?
There are hundreds, if not thousands of niches out there and while our team has experience in a large variety of niches, we do not claim to be experts in every single field. However, we have built hundreds of landers for different campaigns that have performed well, and we implement the same process and concept across all of our landers regardless of niche.
Will you make changes to my landing page if I need something fixed?
Each and every client order is taken very seriously and we always seek to ensure client satisfaction. However, in the rare event where certain edits have to be made, we are more than happy to address your concerns with one complimentary revision (within reason) as long as you provide us the revision points in a consolidated format. Do you offer refunds?
If you would like to get a refund, please do not process a chargeback directly. Send an email to support [AT] undrcutdigital.com addressing your dissatisfaction and we will review your order and attempt to resolve it if it is within reason. Do note that this is reviewed on a case by case basis.
How do I get my landing page after I have paid?
Depending on the platform you selected, we will build the lander on our Clickfunnels account or a Demo Server for Elementor, and allow you access to import it over to your site/domain after it is completed.
Can you build my landing page on any platform?
We currently only offer these landing page builds on ClickFunnels and Elementor, but please contact our support via the Live Chat if you have another platform that you use and we will do our best to accommodate it.
